Kevin Wayman owes over 50,000 of child support. How can Missouri let these type of so called "human beings" get away with this? He would be in jail if he owed this to any company in America. We have to start making tougher laws to protect our children. Who is worst? Kevin Wayman for not paying it or officals elected that allow this to happen over 16 years? The children have to be protected some how. Does anyone know of a Missouri photo exchange for Dead Beat Dads? Or maybe a group that supports this cause? Child Support Enforcement has not had any luck for 16 years.in need of some help.
