I was shopping at Aldo's Vaughn Mills Location arranged to ship one item for my house and i approached one of the sales lady there if it is possible to change the shipping address, she was very rude, i dont get a chance to get her name but she not supposed to work as customer service there, very rude and unapproachable, pls get rid of her or else ur losing customers.
