REFUND WAIT IS A JOKE - Ballerina shoes

Sent a pair of shoes back following the correct proceedure and obtained a proof of postage certificate. Now over 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. E mailed their customer services 5 times and still NO acknowledgement from them. I have no option but to file a claim agsinst them via PayPal. Will never order from them again.
