Three Mastercard Charges of $10 and $18 in One Day

I received three charges today on my Mastercard from Skype Communications. I called my bank - Wells Fargo - they searched google for a number - was able to get a representative on the phone but refused to speak as long as the rep from Wells was on the phone because it was being recorded - There is no way to get in touch with anyone - the charges just say Skype Communications but no location - the charges are $10.00, $18.00, and $18.00 all on the same day.

I am going to dispute the charges but who is Skype anyway?
