I had a small charge of. 56 from Skype Luxembourg LU on 10/22, and then another $16.08 charge the same day from them. I cannot contact them or E mail them, as the numbers are not correct. If I do a dispute with my bank, my card is frozen for ten days and all the other accounts associated with it. I did NOT order any Skype service - EVER!
