Fake interviews, stealing, stealing intellectual property

I have personally interviewed at SSENSE, along with many friends who have worked for ssense competitors only to be rejected but seen all our ideas collectively used on their sites, sale campaigns.

If you are interviewing at ssense, do not fill out the survey which is given at the end. They will blatantly steal your ideas and implement them into their site without giving you a single dime. I have personally accused one of their managers of stealing my ideas and was told verbally "what are you going to do about it?". Clearly I can't do anything as I have no proof but for anyone going into an interview, or even thinking about interning here.
