Ripoff - charges telephone bill for service you though you were entering information on a group lotto site for free groceries F

I received my local phone bill and noticed a $14.95 charge from a company called integretel.

I called integretel and they refered me to Nationwide Voice.integretel said they do the billing for Nationwide Voice.
Integretel gave me the following 800 # to call Nationwide Voice-
800-775-4610.

When I called I was told that it was ordered by my husband because he filled out a form for $1000.00 free groceries. They further explained that it was from a "GroupLotto" site.

I told them I didn't want this service nor did we sign up for it. They insisted my husband did. I then told them that the phone bill is in my name not our jointly and that they shouldn't be billing someone's phone bill by what another person enters on the computer.

Especially when the person thinks they are only entering information to get a chance to win $1000 free groceries.

After I called them and was told that I could get a refund within 30 to 90 days, I received an email from them stating that the service was ordered and they gave me the following link:

When I clicked on that link, I only was directed to a "GroupLotto" sign up. There was no mention of Nationwide Voice.

I emailed them back and I received a call from a very unprofessional woman from Nationwide Voice. She insisted that my husband signed up and that they had the original copy of what he had filled out on line.

I told her that I had been crammed and was going to report them to the FCC. She continued in her nasty tone and I hung up on her.

After that I received 4 phone calls from the same number where the person was there but not answering when you said hello.

I called Nationwide back and spoke with a person by the name of Chris Johnson who said he was the manager. He pulled up my so called account and told me that he would expedite my refund.

The scary thing was that he not only had my husband's information (and I have an unlisted number) he also had the IP address from that particular date.

My advise to anyone who uses the internet don't give anyone your information. Even if you thing you are entering a drawing or sweepstakes— don't give them your information!!!

I know that we didn't sign up for this as we have 2 phone numbers to our home. One for our regular telephone and one for our fax. My husband doesn't even know the telephone number for the fax line. So, how did they get all of that information?

If you use the phone numbers that I gave here you should be able to reach a live person.
