Invaded my phone bill with an obnoxious charge

I got an email from these idiots about a month ago. I clicked on it to see what it was and all of a sudden i have a 14.95 charge on my phone bill that i did not agree to did not encourage did not subscribe to. Does it make sense to get this when i have a phone with 3 free voice mails, a cell phone and an answering machine? Anyway i called the phone company and let them know i would not be paying for that charge on my bill - they acknowledged i was disputing this portion of the bill. I also emailed integretel to let them know i did not subscribe and they tell me that i would have to contact this nationwide voice messaging directly so why is integretel involved? Maybe they like to secretly sign up people too ya think? Anyway i was just going into a search engine to see if i could find this site so i could give them my opinion then saw this site first so i came here first.
I do not have an address or anything for this nationwide voice messaging after all i had never even heard of them before they slammed my phone bill!
