Best Brand Values Debited my account $9.95 a month for almost a yea

I bought a movie for less then $10. It was 10 months ago and I honestly did not notice what the company refers to as an "agreement" that I clicked on. This "agreement" allowed this company to debit my checking account $9.95 a month indefinately until I caught on. The scam has now increased to $19.95 a month for new comers. I spoke to the company who agreed to return approximately 30% of the money they had taken. They claim they had sent 2 to 3 emails a month telling me they were charging me which is a total fabrication of the truth.

The fact I never visited the website a second time, ordered a product or made contact in any way would be proof to any reasonable person that I did not want a "membership". This deceptive practice has been going on for 3 years according to the 90 complaints field on this website alone. I recommend contacting the FLA Attorney General and filing a complaint. I also filed a complaint with the FCC since the theft took place over the internet. Good luck and I am sorry if you were robbed prior to reading these reports. Karma is hell and I have no doubt that the perps will ultimately pay.
