I placed an order via amazon.com for 2 movies in December. I just found out that the company, hotmoviesale.com has been charging my account for $19.95 each month for a membership fee that I NEVER authorized.in excess of $500.00! When I called they agreed to refund two months and cancel. I seeking the full amount. Their service rep even had the audacity to confirm that I never used the membership since signing up. Yeah, Right! I asked the service rep, John Carlo to speak with a supervisor and I was refused. They have stolen $538.65 from my account. I NEVER authorized this membership!
