Unauthorised payments taken from my bank account

On 9/10 i gave my details for a fre trial on a dating website. Epoch gave me2 acc. Numbers. 1505831772 & 150583773.&took £19.42 from my bank without permission. I tried calling them to complain & got nowhere, so i sent emails to reciepts@epoch.com & cancellations@epoch.com. Saying they had no right to take my money without my consent.& i wanted a full refund plus £10 bank charges. I had an email back with a ticket number (LTK 51403320669x). But no refund! So i wrote to thier cancellations dept in the U.S. And still got no reply. Today i find they have taken a further £19.42 which has cost another £10 in bank charges. This company is a total rip off & needs to be stopped & the public made aware of how they ipperate
