Mulligan's Magazine Fraud, Scam, Ripoff. No product or publication delivered for payment

I was approached by JC at Mulliagans Magazine and offered an ad spot in their upcoming magazine to be placed at several golf courses in the area. After much deliberation and consideration I decided to spend the money and place the ad. Money is very tight in my household and this is a one man business operated out of my home I was looking to pick up new business to help us get off the ground.

I received several emails first to sign contracts (which I did) and then to provide artwork and for approval of proofs, but the last of those was 4 - 5 months ago and I have heard nothing since. I never received the copies I was supposed to receive and can not find the publication at any golf course in my area. I tried to call but the line never rings I have tried to email but have not received a reply.

I have requested a refund of the money I paid them but have not received a reply to that request either.
