Vampiredisco.com Vampire Disco Sucked me Dry!

10/12- I bought a Groupon for $60 that gave me $120 worth of spend at Vampiredisco.com and then spent an additional $60 on a costume for my husband. The order was placed on the 12th of October.

10/19- I followed up via telephone to the # provided on the website and the # listed on their Paypal, but both mailboxes were full. So I sent an email requesting status.

10/20- I heard nothing back so I called and got a live voice that said all items were going to be arriving by Wednesday. I also received an email back from Chris Rojas, CEO/Founder per his email signature, that it is expected to arrive by Wednesday which would be the 24th. Wednesday came and gone and they still weren't answering their phones.

10/25- I called with no answer and still full voicemails. Out of sheer panic, as I have advised them I needed it by the 26th, I texted them. They wrote back that it should be here by Friday or Saturday. I wrote back that I was disappointed and that my party was on Friday.

10/26- No response, no costume, and the party is over. $120... No Joker costume and my husband had to go get fake blood to wear on his face as te default zombie to the party because not only did Vampiredisco suck us dry... The Halloween stores were all bone dry as well.

Despite all my requests, they refuse to give me tracking or even tell me who the carrier was and they couldn't even give decent customer service in an attempt to salvage a customer. I have a hunch that they don't want to share tracking because they didn't actually ship it when they said they would. Seems like they just want your $.

I really hope Groupon makes things right or I will return to write one of these up for them.

Icing on the cake... This is straight off Vampire Disco's website: "First and foremost... Our Vampire Disco customers are the Holy Grail of our business. So our team is here to help you. Call customer service for questions 415 283 5000. We take your business seriously and we treat you like family."

I feel bad for their family!
