On 9/13/06 I placed and order with Doxy Lingerie for a halloween costume and shoes to match for upcoming halloween parties I planned on attending. I received a confirmation email on 9/13/06 stating my order would be shipped in 5-7 business days.

After 10 days or so my costume and shoes had not arrived so I contacted Doxy through email with the email address provided on their website. It took several days for them to respond to my order status. The costume was deducted from my bank account on 9/18. On 9/23/06 I received and email stating my shoes were on back order and if I wanted to choose an alternate style. No indication in the email of how long they would be on back order or if my costume was on back order also.

I again contacted Doxy inquiring if the shoes would be in my possession by 10/21/06 as I had a costume party I intended on wearing the shoes to. On 10/3/06 I received an email from Doxy stating that everything would be to me with in one week. 10/10/06 the shoes were deducted from my account, but still had not arrived. The shoes finally arrived around 10/16-17/06 wrapped in brown paper bag like packaging, the box was tattered and all smashed up, no invoice or any bill of any sort was included in the package.

With my halloween party now 4 days away to my horror the shoes did not fit and I still did not have a costume. Therefore I had to franticially search for a new pair of shoes, and halloween costume which luckily I was able to find both through other sources before my party.

My first costume party came and went and still no word on wear the heck my costume was. I had emailed Doxy demanding the my costume order be cancelled and credited back to my account. 10/22/06 confirtmation that the order had been cancelled by request was received but no information about how and when my account would be recredited.

10/27/06 I sent my shoes back to Doxy along with a letter stating the shoes didn't fit and that I desired a full refund on the shoes. The shoes were sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. On 11/02/06 the package was received by a K. Freed @ 2:44pm, I know this because I of the wonderful tracking system that the U.S. Postal service provides.

11/14/06 I sent my first email to Doxy regarding the refund of my costume and shoes. Subsequently I have sent two additional emails all of them with no response.

I am demanding that this company take responsibiity for its actions and recredit my account. I am very dissatisfied with all workings of this e-commerce business and I will NEVER shop this site again and I will advise all family and friends to do the same.
