Con artist used invalid credit card to buy items from us

This buyer paid with a credit card 2 gold bars he bought from us. We immediately shipped the bars, since the payment was made through Pay Pal and Pay Palc onfirmed the payment and address. Sale was made on eBay.
Some times con artist use to escape Pay Pal, but not for long. 4 days after we shipped the items, pay pal opened an investigation on this con artist and withdrew the money this person paid. Today, eBay cancelled the account of this guy, definitely something is wrong with him and we want our money or the items purchased. The ammount paid was $1,390.00
