Dangerous and Faulty Equipment. Rip-off!

We are made to drive vans that are not safe to drive, if we refuse we will be terminated. There have been times that wheels have fallen off the vans while they have been in use. When we take them to the mechanic, he just strips parts off of other vans, and puts them on the one we just brought in.

We are supposed to drive 15 hours a day, I found out that it does not include wait time, which is usually between 6&13 hours. They expect us to live in those smelly vans 24/7. They lie to you when they hire you, the supervisors tell you that you will get all of your wait time, when if fact you only get 45% of the total wait time which Sucks!!!

N&S pays the company $17,000.00 a month for the use of the vans we the drivers do not see any of that money at all, we get 17 cents a mile, and $6.50 an hour wait time. When you start with them they hold you back a month on your pay, which I think is illegal.in closing I would like to say to all persons who may want to drive for Cimarron Coach, DONT!
