I just opened my mail to find one of these letters from the Loteria Primitiva. It also had the same ticket number 025-11-464-992-750. They said I was approved for a lump sum payout of $615,810.00 United States dollars.

I am instructed to contact Roberto Sanches, the foreign service Manager of Santalucia Security Company S.A. At 011-34 676 040 060 or fax him at 011-34 665 043 421. They also included a form for me to fill out my personal information.

I'm sending the whole shebang to my State Attorney General Ofc with a link to this website.
