OAN, Nationwide Connections ripoff fraudulent charges on my home phone bill, contact information not working, no way to dispute charges

I received collect call charges on my Qwest home phone bill from OAN Nationwide Connections. I was out of town when these charges were billed so I know there was no collect call accepted. The phone number they show where the collect call was instigated is a non-working number.

There were two contact numbers for OAN Nationwide Connections provided on my phone bill, neither of which worked. The website provided, www.oanweb.com, provided another number which rings and then disconects you. The website also provides an email address but I have not received a response back.

I called Qwest and they did not have any working numbers for OAN Nationwide Connections. They are going to try and remove the charges on my account. I really don't understand why Qwest would work with a Company who is widely known for making fradulant charges on accounts.
