Mason Direct Charge me $75 for a mailing lable

1 Year ago this month I ordered a $39 Tunic from KJordan. The Top was to small so I return the top for a dress which I never received. A return label was in the box which I used. I knew there would be a fee for the use of the label. I mailed in $11 for using the label and I never received the 2nd item which I requested. I started getting letters for payment; several times I email the company, No response. Somewhere around March or April I received a letter from a collection agency stating I Owe KJordan $89. I called KJordan accounting department and was told my 1 of the employees I owe $89 for a shipping label. Mason Direct which is another department outlet store and the corporate office for KJordan located in Madison Wisconsin..

I've noticed every since this judgement is on my credit report I'm having a problem getting credit.
