Manager ran my check on file without my authorization

Pete, who is the manager at the Marietta location, used my check information on file and ran a check without my authorization.

Pete's excuse for this was that my payment was due on October 1 and I had not called to let them know when I was coming in, so he decided on his own to run my check.

Pete also compared this indecent behavior to not paying an electric bill. He said, "If you don't pay Georgia Power, what will they do?"

I replied that they will probably turn my electricity off, but they won't steal out of my account.

I advised him that due to him taking money from my account, my account has gone negative.

The only thing he said was "I am sorry for the inconvenience."

I want my money back! I can pay on my own, not by stealing!

They had no right to do such a thing. That is no different than if someone took a check from Pete's checkbook and cashed it without his authorization.
