No help

I get no help on this site at all, they finally take 24 hour to email you back with your concern & it's like they read my message. Did not me at all. I believe they have 3-4 people working there answering emails, no phone, no help what so ever. They need to add a phone & hire people to help you if there is a problem..

Very disappointed in the company..
