Poor service on installation of in ground basketball system - in ground basketball installation

Paid over $1000 at dicks sporting goods for an in ground basketball system. This company go configure technical / my 6th man, installs for dicks. Couldnt be more disappointed in how this has been handled. I was given a four hour window to wait around. I had to make arrangements for other people to pick up my kids from sports/drop them of, and i rearranged my own practice schedule just to be home. Waited the entire four hour window. No installer. Had to call the company, and much to my dismay, he ended up not coming. Its disappointing to think im paying large amounts of money for services that are so unsatisfactory. The installer said, i can come tomorrow, tell me what time works. I told him 8 A.M. First thing. And he said he couldnt make it then.??? Arent i the customer here? Just seems like such poor business relations. Just am very disappointed in the poor service and their lack of being willing to compensate any of the installation fee, for the hassle/runaround. I strongly recommend you NOT pay for their services upon making a purchase at dicks sporting goods. Do it yourself. Hire someone on the side - but do NOT go thru them.
