Customer Assaulted by staff member in safeway car park - Tess Proctor and 6 of her friends

On Friday the 28 th of September after finishing my grocery shopping with my son at Safeway, one of your staff members, " Tess Proctor " along with 6 of her friends followed us out of the store and assaulted my son and I in front of the safeway service station. Thankfully a person standing by intervened and dragged her off of us. I went to the police and filed a complaint but as it is the word of 7 against 2 people I am most upset to say that they will be not charged. If this matter is not cleared up and Tess Proctor remains a member of your staff, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and see my solicitor about filing a law suite against your Lakes Entrance Store for " breach of care ". I am most upset and disheartened by this turn of events and as such am riddled with anxiety and depression because of this event. I appreciate your participation in rectifying this injustice.
