Rude Service/Ohio - Avia Men's A115MWD

Found a pair of Avia Men's shoes online sale was for $20, so I put in a reservation, drove 20 min to the store in North Olmsted with neighbor, we looked around because she wanted shoes also, the 2 employees were chatting, after about 10 min I asked if my reservation was in, the one employee stated she did not have time to pull order, this is after we watched them talking. She then went back and got the order, went to ring it up and said $29 plus tax. I said no that's not right, the price should be $20, I then showed her on my android phone from there site, she said thats womens not these very rude, I said no, That's mens, and the item number matched the box, she then rang in again and she said $25 plus tax, I said how did it go from $29 to $25 and the price I reserved to pick up was $20. She said the main office screwed up, and then said well do you want them or not? We said no thank you and went over to Jc Penny where we spent $150 and got 4 pairs of shoes from there and the employee at Penny's was very nice, So Famous footwear lost 2 customers by this. I think after reading several complaints on employees I would not shop there again even if I have to pay a little more. The item is still on the site for $20
