No physical address

I hired this company to do a local move. They assembled my bed incorrect which cause the side frames to break. I called them the same night and they blamed everything but the service they provided and said there was nothing they could do. I went to file suit using the address on their VA business license. This address belongs to a UPS store and the company was not served. There is no way to physically find this company. Thus I have no way of regaining the money to replace my broken furniture.
