Beware! DO NOT trust these guys. They owe my business over $30,000 in damage claims, lost furniture and fraudulent billing. They made over 340 deliveries for my business in a one year period. Of those deliveries, aproximately 20 -25% arrived damaged. They dropped and ran on several deliveries leaving my customers with broken furniture in their homes. They lost furniture, delivered the WRONG furniture and took up to 6 MONTHS to get deliveries right for some of our customers. I had one customer sign HEP's delivery ticket with the comment - "you guys are idiots" after she had to wait over 6 months for them to be able to deliver undamaged product to her. I have no idea how they can stay in business much less retain the business of corporations like Costco. They had trucks break down on the side of the road.
