Jeff Anderson, Gregg Gordon Jeff Anderson dispatcher for GTO lied about rate for additional miles and Mr Gordon wont pay me

GTO2000 (dispatcher in Las Vegas office Jeff Anderson) decided to decieve me and not to pay me for 200 extra miles the dispatcher verbally agreed to and sent me a fuel advance which added up to 40% of what he led me to believe would be new rate but after I fueled up and opened it revised rate confirmation was still original $450 with a note he gave me $320. I revised the note to reflect what was discussed over phone adding the $320 was in addition to the $450 for the extra miles so AP dept would be clear on it which I clearly explained in email

The revised rate conformation was attached to which he did not reply to so I wrongly assumed all was well and proceeded on with the load. The shipper put wrong load on my truck which could of been solved i told them by transloading load on my truck onto the other truck that had my load as I was only 30 min behind him but some company policy convieniently would not allow that. As a result I had to cancel a booked load and drive 6 hrs from Parlier Ca to Santa Fe Springs CA in LA traffic and then wait 2 hrs for unload at a cost of approx $150 in fuel and Jeff Anderson evidently wants everyone to believe I would agree to do this for no extra $.

I was only paid $109.44 despite signed revised rate confirmation and invoice noting the extra $320 was for the extra 200 miles and I was still owed $450

I wrote the President Mr Gordon (Georgia office) and his assistant about it and at 1st his Assistant Susan Collins said she would cut me a check tomorow then a couple hours latter President Gordon emailed me claiming they wouldnt pay me claiming I comitted fraud by adding to the note of rate confirmation even tho that was what was agreed on per phone conversation and my email clearly explained the revision so dispatcher would surely see it. The dispatcher is still denying he ever agreed to the $320 being extra and that it was only a fuel advance despite GTO2000 company policy for fuel advances is 40%. I requested he take a lie detector test with losing side paying for test and paying winning side the $336 Im owed and if he passes I proposed I would pay for test and refund the original $450 for load... They are ignoring me completely now as I
gave them till end of business today to respond and they did not which clearly shows they are unethical and dispatcher is outright liar with President taking his side when the evidence is clear that 40% (GTO company policy for fuel advances)
of $450 isnt $320 and the fact he didnt dispute the email / revised note on rate confirmation till weeks afterwards once I recieved check instead of day he got it and was made aware of it on phone very next morning after unloaded.

Incidently I recieved the short changed check on Trucker appreciation week... Thanks A load gto... So be very leary of booking a load with GTO 2000 and especially Jeff Anderson out of Las Vegas office as he is an outright liar whose Presdident will cover for him with bogus legal mumble jumble as revising a rate confirmation is not fraud when the dispatcher is made aware of the revision which he was. The very next morning when I called in to tell him I was unloaded and mentioned the revision I made, he said

" I will have to call AP dept to let them know"...

I will take a lie detector test in regards to this post and everything I state... Why wont Jeff Anderson take a lie test and why is Mr Gordon and Susan Collins now ignoring me? If they continue to do so perhaps I should take a lie detector test and bring it to my attorney and file a law suit against GTO2000 for as much as the law allows because I am sick and tired of unethical companies and dishonest dispatchers trying to ripoff us truckers. Im sure all the truckers out there are too as this site has hundreds of posts about scumbag companies stiffing truckers!
