After three weeks of no one returning phone calls, I finally got him on the phone by calling from different numbers.

I finally got my money back from him, but this guy is a scoundrel. I don't think he means to be, and after dealing with him I'm pretty sure he's just not very good at doing business. I don't think he is smart enough to be a real thief, or at least someone who could get away with anything. I think at the end of the day he just sucks at life/business.

Basically everything else that people said on usacomplaints.com was true for us as well.

Do not send him any money in advance. He can not be trusted. He tried to cover his tracks by making up different stories about why he couldn't get us the money, or why he couldn't provide the tracking number (fed ex freight confirmed that no deliveries from his address to ours had ever been created).

He then told me he was on vacation and that he had cash in his safe, and that the would send it when he got back. I finally pressed him and he admitted that he was not actually on vacation. After hundreds of texts and phone calls I got my $4000 back from him, but now my project is behind schedule and I've had to spend way too much time with this creep.
