I purchased a vacation in April and have tried to schedule it 3 times and every time Mexico VIP Holidays have not been able to get it scheduled.

Finally I was told that I would get a refund and I have sent an e-mail and called several times and left messages and have gotten e-mails saying that my refund is in progress and no returns on my phone calls.

This company is a big ripoff and a scam.

If you get a call or e-mail about a vacation with this company DO NOT send them any money. You will never see it again or get a vacation.
