Services incorporated big ripoff! They slammed me on my local sbc phone bill for $20.55!

On my September phonebill, I noticed that it was higher than usual and scrutinized it closely. There was a $19.95 charge from USA Voice MAIL/OAN Services Incorporated for something I had no knowledge of. I phoned them and was told that an internet survey had 'ordered' the service for me.in any event my local company erased the charges and I told VOICE MAIL to do the same and they gave the following confirmation number 783869. Whether or not it is valid, I have no clue, but I plan to file a report against them with the FCC.
