Voicemail monthly Fee of $20.55 appeared on my phone bill which I never used or requested.
Called two 1-800 ph number provided on my bill, once in the morning and another in the late afternoon of a day, (1-800-892-8424 and 1-800-944-9646), voicemail comes on any time as "our office is closed, our office hours are 9 am to 4:50 pm Eastern time. If you wish to e-mail us, our address is support@4usavoicemail.com." I e-mailed, too... But no reply.
Oan Service tapps into your phone bill somehow and leaves victims nowhere to resolve this charge of $20.55 (Premium VoiceMail Monthly Fee Aug 27...$19.95 3% Federal excise tax or $. 60). This fraudulent billing should not be allowed!
