Ripoff I purchased and paid for a 90210 DVD from this company on line on August 25 and still have not recieved it, they informed me it would arrive in two weeks that was 4 weeks ago

August 25 I purchased a DVD on line form this company. It was automatically deducted from my debit card them as of this date 10-11 I still have not recieved the DVD. After contacting them several times and informing them I would report them to the BBB and or local authoraties they stated that I would recieve it in two weeks. That was 4 weeks ago and I still have not recieved the DVD.
