Not honoring promotions and charging for VOD movies not ordered

Cp-Tel is not honoring a lot of their free movie Friday promotion they will claim you did not rent some movie on a Friday and charge you any way when disputed they send a print out in which anyone can type out and make it appear as if you order on a date other than the promotion Friday and charging people for Video on demand movies not ordered. Furthermore many people have complained about the $99 bundle promo getting higher and high each month this is not right either. So lets put an end to cable customers getting ripped off.
