Ever since our safeway has gotten a new manager I have had trouble renting movies. Each and every week I rent 3 movies or more when I rent 10 I receive a free movie. When I rent 3 movies for three days everything is fine. When I rent 3 movies and get one free this person will give me the movie free, but I have to return the movies on the second day. I cannot make her understand that the movie is free and should not be counted as a fourth rental. Each and every week I go thru this with her. If any other employee helps me there is no problem. She seems to be unable to understand what I am concerned about.
