My bank account was raped and pilaged!

I looked at my bank statement and found charges for 2 "purchases" from companies that I did not recognize that had the supposedly been made on the same date. If I order anything on the internet, I make a copy of the transaction. GSA/SBA Express had taken $5.95 and NetworkAgenda.com had taken $7.95, both from my debit card. I immediately went on line and typed in Networkagenda.com and the site was selling a program that would store info that you could retrieve on line. It had a 30 day free trial. The problem is: I had never even been to this site. I am unemployed and do not even have a need for this service. Also, I tried using my ordinary name and password to enter and it did not recognize me either.
When I put GSA/SBA Express into my search engine, I saw this consumer complaints web site and found that others had had a similar situation with these companies.
I remember looking for grants on line and filling out a form for a free trial that helped find college money but was not supposed to charge my card. (They supposedly needed my card info to verify that I was who I said I was.) I guess that is where they got my card info.
I have not been able to get an answer on either company's number that appears on my bank statement. I am very angry!
