Tony Ditri from Boston Hannah International says he is not responsible for the fact that BHI did not respond to a complaint. He says he was not employed at the company when the sale was made, nor was he involved in selling any BHI products and was simply doing his job. It was unfortunate that BHI expected him to deal with a complaint that should have been sent to the appropriate department.
