Complain tommee tipee - Tomme Tippee first sips cup

I recently purchased a tommee tippe first sips cup for my daughter who is 5 months. First of all the white plastic inside the lid keeps falling out into the juice and the worst bit off all is it says non spillage on the packaging but my daughter gets soaked everytime she uses it. I have tipped it upside down and it practically comes pouring out. Im not happy with this product especially as it costs £3.97 which is a very expensive for a product that does not do as it should. I would definately like my money back so I can buy another one.
