Ripoff, sent a collection letter from RMCB collection agency for some face cream I didn't orde

This company sent a sample of face cream to my husband's business address, (which is not my address), in my name. When my husband received a bill for it he sent the product back but I'm now receiving a collection letter from RMCB in Elmsford, NY for 26.95. I never asked for the sample or ordered the product.in fact this is the first time I've seen anything from them because of the address.
