After receiving the free sample I requested of Retinol skin creme from E. Burnham Cosmetic Co., Burnham then sent me a tiny jar of Retinol I did not want and did not order, charging me $26.95. Now they've sent the bill to RMCB Collection Agency, jeopardizing my good credit if I do not pay.
