Do NOT use this company! My first contact was w / someone named Emma. This lady gave me a quote and said that they are full service and do not contract out.

After too many unanswered phone calls and emails I got in contact with this Stephanie character (all complaints on the internet against this company mention her specifically) all seemed to go well...
Until I needed my belongings delivered.

I have had to call every single extension at all three phone numbers in my possession repeatedly and no one ever answers. Many messages, emails, and repeat calls later they finally said my stuff was on its way and it would be 3 to 4 days... 4 days later the driver, a contractor (see 1st line), informs me it will be another 7 days! 3 days after this he tells me it'll be another 5 days... Here we are 5 days later and after I called about 50 times back to back he finally picks up to tell me that he quit and my belongings have been left in the truck in a warehouse "somewhere in LA" YEP not even making it up!

If you value your belongings, your peace of mind, and your funds DO NOT use this company. I don't even know if I'll get my belongings, or what condition they will be in if I ever do get them... Oh and STILL no call or emails back from Stephanie or any of the Thrifty crew (if there even is one).
