Sizing vastly inaccurate

I ordered a dress and expected the measurements to be truthful, but the dress is not the size posted on the web site. I read the FAQ and their sizing information.

From the website:
Size M should be (using conversion to US, 1 cm =. 393701):

Shoulder - M - 38cm = 14.96 inches actual measurement is less than 12 inches or 30 cm.

I sent a picture of the dress with a ruler showing the shoulder is 12 inches.

I do not expect any action from them and wanted to inform others.
