Fakes, took a month to receive my orde

After a month i received my order, it was 2 pairs of TOMS shipped in ziploc bags. The one pair had a horrible smell of mold and mildew and the other pair looked like they had been worn. There were no tags on the shoes either. I emailed the website and their reply was sorry it could have been bad weather during shipping. They do not offer returns. Do not order from this company. They claim they come straight from the factory, but they are cheap knockoffs.
