My first patent application was registered in 11/05/96.? 08/743,832 It was filed by Ilya Zborovsky. My invention was not accepted. I lost money, time. Ok. Maybe. At that time I was a newcomer immigrant.
My second patent application was registered in 01/26, # 10/763,909, Confirmation # 7797. It was filed by Ilya Zborovsky.in America, burning the forest, I have found a solution how to stop a forest fire, to protect the city from the forest fire. This invention also was not accepted.
The reason - there is no novelty. I understood, Mr. Zborowsky did their job poorly. He took my good money and did the work bad, somehow. Therefore, his work is not accepted. I paid him thousand dollars. He robbed me, my family. This is similar to when a doctor takes money to cure the patient, but the patient died. The doctor apologized.
And second of his patients died. And doctors are apologizing again. I asked Mr. Zborowsky for some refund. Just $ 1,500
