Mlike Garcia Poor workmanship false advertisement bubbles excuses overpriced rude uses johnson tint not llumar

Took my car in to get 5 windows tinted. 3 of the 5 including the rear window have bubbles and look like amateur did it. Owner is refusing to retint the windows and trying to make me pay again to have him do it because the windows were dirty and he's blaming them for the problems. 2 car to the car wash just before I brought it over and his website says they spend 2 hours cleaning the car yeah right. I'm kind of surprised because his work will reflect his abilities and his reputation. I sure wouldn't want to give my business a bad reputation do to a couple stinking windows. He wants to charge me 300 dollars to do the back window over.
I do have a contract and plan on taking it to someone to see if I can force him to refund or redo
