Scammer!

So i had to sell my house, and i looked around and found simon. At first, he seemed like a good guy and everything. He sold the home very quickly, was very professional and everything. But when it came time for my lawyer to pay all the fee's, his was $200,000 more than we agreed on!

All the initial chats, and paperwork i had said he was going to get about 4% of the purchase price. But he kept coming back with more and more paperwork, and always had that smooth voice. When i finally found out what he had done, he had nullified all the earlier paperwork and scammed me out of 11%. It's cost me so much time, so much money and i never knew he was doing this.

For all of you looking for someone to help buy or sell a home, stay away from simon! He'll take you for everything your worth!
