Unexpected $60.00 Bill for Fraudulent Account in My Name

On September 21, I received a bill by mail from "Bill Me Later" for $60.00. The account had a wrong email and phone number for me. When I called, they wanted all sorts of information from me, including my social security number. I told them to close out the account immediately, or else! So far I have not received confirmation of this transaction.

I have also sent a letter to the Chief Credit Officer at WebBank, which is the parent company for "Bill Me Later." The following is where to contact him:
