Pest Problems, Billing Issues, Gym and Laundry Room, Pool!

I have not been here for even a 1/2 year and I am having more problems with this place than you can imagine. The pest (bug) issue has been a little uncontrolable since I've moved in, EVEN WITH ME PAYING FOR PEST CONTROL! The staff in the office are phoney. They smile in your face acting like they're of service to you, but please don't be fooled.

They are trying to make a quick buck to get you in and sign your lease and your basically stuck with the heartache and pain for a year. That Lacresia (the asst mgr) you probably won't meet her until you move in. All I can say is woosah about her.in one of there pools while I was in there, it was a dog swimming in the pool. I let them know about it and called the city. I doubt if anything was said, no flyers or anything was mailed out saying that was against policy. I would go on and on and on & probably will write more review.

The only thing I can say is you don't get what you pay here and if you want to just SETTLE FOR ANYTHING, then move here. If you have high standards, don't be fooled by the beautiful leasing office or the nice area around the corner, get your $ worth and go somewhere else.

Also, the gym and laundry room. I can't even tell you how baffled I am by those two and the structure and cleanliness of those rooms.

Don't bother contacting headquarters about any complaints. All they do is forward to the location. They don't try to help you at all.
