Ripoff

Was to represent in probate after the death of my husband. Was told all was simple because we had no major propery no saving stocks or bonds. No life insurance only a huge pile of bills. He told me he would only charge for what he actually did and would keep the price down after seeing my financial state

I gave him several checks made out to the belmont county court house to change the names on the house title. When i tried to get a consolidated loan a year later was told their were othe names on the title. I callled him to inquire and he yelled "i did my job when are you going to pay me the $750 you owe me" i was stunded. I had never recieved a bill from him until one year or more later... Ameriquest research the title and found that the title had never been changed

To add insult to me... He recommended i see a man named joe at citizrns saving bank to try to consolidate or see william davis an attorney across the street from him who helped people through bankruptcy. (another story)

He took advange of my being naive. Broke and in morning from my husbands death. He lied to me... He yelled at me and degraded me.
