Big planet books fraud, unreliable, no tracking information, not reachable, scam, beware

Website lures unsuspecting students with cheaper used textbooks, bought a book frm their website, they would not provide any tracking information, tney do not respond to emails and phone number goes to a voicemail that it is full already
They are a scam, they billed my account and never delivered, i lost money and ended up without a text book. The facebook icon on their webpage is fake too.
