I have found the N Scottsdale store in particular Aimee to be very very helpful. After getting bad info at another Leslie store, she helped me get my pool back to sparkling. I'd go in every week and sometimes twice to get water tested. The products that she recommended always worked. Sometimes, she advised against a product too.
